Saturday, August 13th, 2011 at 20:00, Xotaris Art Forum open its gates for the first solo exhibition in Greece, of the Ukrainian Ex Libris artist Konstantin Antioukhiun (Константин Антюхин).

Konstantin Antioukhin is a Ukrainian painter and engraver.

The Exhibition starts on
August 13th, 2011 (Saturday) and
Ends on
August 28th, 2011 (Sunday).

Daily 10:00 to 13:00 and 18:00 t0 22:00. Monday and Tuesday closed.

Opening ceremony Saturday, August 13th, 2011 at 20:00

Konstantin Antioukhin - Ode to Aphrodite

Konstantin Antioukhin

Born in 1965 in Kiev where he lives and works, Konstantin
Antioukhin graduated from State School of Fine Arts
and studied drawing and painting at Agafonov’s private
school.

His engravings and bookplates have been exhibited in
Pavlovsky Art & Craft Gallery (Utrecht, Netherlands),
Holland Art Fair (Den - Haag, Netherlands), «IO gallery»
(Rotterdam, Netherlands) and in numerous exhibitions in
Ukraine and other countries like Belgium, China, Korea,
Poland, Canada, USA, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, Sweden,
Germany.

His solo exhibition in Crete, at Xotaris Art Forum, is his
first in Greece.

Antioukhin is currently considered as one of the best
engravers in the world. He is very famous in the ex libris
community and his remarkable work is widely appreciated
and very exchangeable.
